Woohoo! I wanted to share this so badly with you since I created this self-coaching tool! I came up with it two years ago and since then I have been using it for myself to get unstuck, to move forward with my projects, to focus on what matters to me and to eliminate what is bringing me down. I honestly freaking love it and I think it is one of the best and most practical things I ever came up with!
Let me share more!
Do you ever find yourself in a state where you have so much worries and thoughts running around your head, that it starts to feel all too much? You are overwhelmed and you somehow check out of yourself, maybe by distracting or numbing yourself in some way. Those worries of yours compound as a cloud in the back of your head and you keep on adding to that cloud by worrying, thinking in same old, same old ways, numbing and distracting yourself, until that cloud becomes a fog from which you cannot see anything any more. You are walking around like a zombie, wondering how did you get to such a place. You are not dead yet not alive either. And that version of you who used to love life? It feels like a distant memory, a lifetime ago. When life used to be more simple, colours richer, emotions clearer.
Welcome to reality of most people.
What makes the thing even worse is, that when you are in such state, you usually don’t feel like taking courages forward moving action. You feel disappointed, worn down by life. At best, you might still keep going through your day-to-day routines while feeling more and more trapped in your own life.
When I end up in such state, I know it’s time to use THE MENTAL FOG REMOVER.
You probably know the serenity prayer? It goes like this: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.
The Mental Fog remover is like an answer to this prayer. You can use it to cross your problems off your list and take actions that you actually can and want to take.
I developed The Mental Fog Remover as a result of years of daily journaling. You see, there was a time when everywhere I turned online I heard “mindset is everything”. So I started analysing my mindset like it is my job. Questioning almost every thought that went through my head. I used different inquiry processes, the most famous of them “The Work from Byron Katie” and some other blends of similar mindset analysing techniques.
I often got deep insights into my behavioural patterns, sometimes I almost felt high on my discoveries. You know when you feel like some epiphany will change everything for you?
But then it doesn’t. Because you don’t really take action. Or is it just me and the rest of the world is taking daily actions in the direction of their dreams, living their best life?
If you are one of those lucky fellas, keep doing your thing. If you are like the rest of us, give this process a try.
You cannot lose anything, except from your worries. You will for sure gain clarity and inspiration to at least do one tiny little baby step toward what you want.
If you are not sure what you want, because you might have others telling you what you shoulda coulda for so long, that you don’t know how your own desires feel anymore, you will start unloading the pile of bullshit you took on during socialization.
It’s an almost confusing sense of freedom that you feel when you stop worrying about something you used to worry about for years. Wait, I can sleep longer than my family members and not beat myself up?
As I said, I developed THE MENTAL FOG REMOVER after years of journaling. One day, as I looked at another inquiry process, I felt like I questioned every thought in my head already. My problems were obviously repeating themselves. Different clothes, same body. I put my meta hat on 🧙 (metacognitive thinking ability) to look for patterns. And did they start jumping out! I discovered that despite feeling like I am having 99 problems, there are only 4 types of them.
I started writing down my findings, and it was almost like that thing started to happen, that people sometimes call channelling. (Is it really channelling, or is it that there must come some fruit after years of devotion to something?)
Every type of problems had simple solutions. I couldn’t stop writing. I created a whole tool. It all made sense. And as I started using it, I was astonished. I put my problems in those 4 categories and took like 2 little actions I could take right away and there was already a momentum. I was unstuck. Finally, I could move forward! I felt like I must put this out into the world! It was too good to just keep for myself. When I shared it with my friend, she said “I feel almost guilty you are sharing this with me for free.” This was a confirmation I really have something good here!
It took me another year or two of using it myself when life felt too much to handle, before I decided it’s really time to make it ready for public. I wanted to make sure it really works. And it really does for me. Every freaking time.
Every time I used my MENTAL FOG REMOVER, I took at least one forward moving action. Very often I jumped into doing things I’ve been avoiding doing for months halfway through the process and worked for a whole day on them. Or sometimes for a week. Yes, to be honest, at least quarter of the time when I decided to use THE MENTAL FOG REMOVER process, I abandoned it halfway through, because I got so inspired I jumped into action.
Lots of the work on this website has been done this way. I so often procrastinate on doing the things I love doing out of fear of criticism. This fear usually ends up in the 4th quarter of The Mental Fog Remover, chilling there, while I focus on what I can do.
Despite The Mental Fog Remover being oriented towards taking action, it is possible you will avoid burn out by using it. You will find yourself doing less of what doesn’t matter and enjoying more the activities you do work on. You will start seeing what is worthy of your personal time and attention and what you can let others use their creativity on.
Gosh, I believe in this tool so much, especially if it is in the hands of people who actually want to change something, move forward, get unstuck, create something amazing but feel held back from all the worries that seem so justified. With The Mental Fog Remover you figure it out for yourself where you can do something and where there is of no use to worry as you can’t do anything anyway.
Go read the sales page, go buy it, take some steps forward, thank me later, okay?
It’s here, it’s finally here!
