Long version:
When I was in school, psychology teacher draw a picture. Two rectangles of different sizes. They represented different sizes of potential of two different people.
She asked who is going to be more successful and satisfied. A person with less potential but using it to the fullest or the person with a lot of potential, but using just a part of it?
Of course, the answer is obvious.
So, if you kind of have your life together, but aren’t feeling satisfied, it’s because you know, that there is more for you.
More that wants to come through you. A bigger vision. Knowing you could use your skills, knowledge, capabilities in more expanded way, for your own good and the good of the Planet.
But also you are not completely sure how. And sometimes you wonder, if you really have more potential or is that just your inflated ego, thinking you are some kind of genius.
Simply, you have a big vision for a meaningful change you could co-create in the world, but you don’t feel worthy of it, because you weren’t able to create results with it so far. At least that’s what you think.
The truth is that people who really know you would already describe you this way:
Smart, capable, caring, loves humans and the planet, someone who people look up to, someone who inspires, creative, beautiful and clear mind, learns fast, someone with whom you can talk about things you can’t with everyone, someone who treats people with respect and is fun to be around on top of all that.
But you so often feel like a mess inside. Others see the things you did and even admire you, but to you it feels like a small thing that everyone can do, while your big vision feels like a real deal. Yet it scares you.

Yet your vision keeps on knocking. Comparing to other jobs and titles, where you quickly start looking for a way out, your vision inspires you. It’s in the back of your mind for years. You read books and listen to things online and you know who of those thought leaders you want on your team of advisors.
But, can you actually be the leader that people would want to follow? What about that emotional drama you had with a family member or a friend last week?
