Where is the session held? Is it recorded?
My online video coaching session are held on kMeet (an ethical videoconferencing solution). You don’t need to download anything. You just give permission in your browser to use microphone and camera. The sessions are recorded. In case you don’t want it to be recorded, you can let me know.
